The 5701 Venue is a unique, nonprofit event space located in Gainesville that operates with a purpose—every dollar earned through venue rentals directly supports our Senior Recreation Center. By day, the center serves as a vital hub for local seniors, offering daily classes, social engagement, wellness programs, and a nutritious lunch meal site. By night, The 5701 Venue opens its doors for rentals—weddings, parties, meetings, and events—all to generate revenue that goes right back into the community.
Proceeds help cover essential expenses such as utilities, Meals on Wheels delivery, and the ongoing operation of the senior center. This model ensures that our seniors have a safe, engaging, and supportive place to thrive while giving the community a beautiful space to celebrate life’s moments. When you book with The 5701 Venue, you’re not just renting a space—you’re helping improve the lives of our seniors.

Event Spaces
The center features state-of-the-art banquet and meeting rooms. The facility also offers smaller, fully restored conference rooms for trainings or board retreats for less than 48 people. 5701 also has two meeting spaces for parties or baby showers for less than 24 people.
